Don't repeat problems! Solve them! Einstein had it right. He said, "It's almost impossible to solve problems from the same consciousness that created them."
Don't we know that? We become entrapped by our own thinking. Like the person who's been hypnotized, we believe we can't do something and we can't. We limit what is possible. We don't just have a problem. Sometimes it seems the problem has us.
I believe that counseling can change all that. Knowledge really is power because it offers a person the element of choice. Things can be different! Relationships can heal! Life can be better!
